FN-400 Grain Quality Analyzer

FN-400 Falling Number Tester
The FN-400 is a precise and user-friendly instrument designed to measure α-amylase activity and sprout damage in wheat and barley samples. Complying with international standards (ICC, AACC, ISO), it delivers accurate results for flour and grain quality control, helping mills and bakeries ensure consistent baking performance and product compliance.

Description

FN 400 Dry Air Sterilizer, Ambient Temperature +70…250 °C / 120 L
With their simple design, the FN 400/500 series dry air sterilizers offer an economical alternative to the FN 055/120 series. The interior of the FN400 and FN500 devices can be chosen as aluminum, offering comfortable operation at varying temperatures, or stainless steel with a circulation fan, recommended for situations where temperature stability is critical. The programmable N-Prime™ microprocessor control systems enable the FN 400/500 series to reach set values precisely and quickly. The timer on the devices facilitates the use of this series in the most appropriate way, whether the purpose is sterilization or drying. During sterilization, if the device falls outside the sterilization temperature conditions due to reasons such as power outages, the device alerts the user, helping to ensure that sterilization conditions are fully met. A circulation fan is offered as an option with this series. This option, which has no effect on the operation of the device, is recommended for drying processes as it removes the steam generated in the chamber.
